I am happy to report that the occupancy rate of Country Towers is now over 70%.
Seri Alam Township is developing and growing but not at the speed that we experienced in Singapore because Johore is a big state.
Possible LRT Station Next To Regency Hospital
There is an unconfirmed information that an LRT station is gong to be built next to the Regency Hospital. If this project materialises, coming to Country Towers by public transport will be even more convenient.
Security & Safety in Country Towers
Our fire fighting system is in place and upgraded and has passed the Fire Brigade's inspection.
The security CCTVs covered the estate extensively and our guards are systematically deployed. Both measures received good comments from the residents.
We are currently doing feasibility study on how to further strengthen the security fence around the estate.
New Vehicle Entry Barriers & Wave Frequency Access
Traffic flow into the condominium is now very smooth after the vehicle barriers at the entrance/exit to the condominium have been relocated, separating visitors' and residents' vehicles access.
For the convenience of residents, we shall be changing the access cards from "Touch & Go" to "Flash & Go" using wave frequency access soon. Residents will no longer worry about getting wet when encountering inclement weather during entry/exit.
AGM 2011
While writing this Update, the committee is also getting ready for the 2011 AGM. We shall try to conduct it at the same venue barring unforeseen circumstances. (Further information on date and confirmation of venue to follow)
