2012 has gone by very quickly and we are now welcoming 2013, the committee and I would like to extend you our greetings......

PROSPEROUS YEAR OF THE SNAKE!!!
With your co-operation the committee accomplished the following repairs/projects in 2012 to improve the quality of living in Country Towers.
1.Repairs to Swimming Pool Flooring
The project was completed with minimal cost incorporating new landscaping around the swimming pool area. The pool area has a refreshing new look now.
2. New Amenity
We also added another amenity - a garden for relaxation and jogging. This garden has a bigger area and the management has put in 2 barbeque pits for residents use. The residents are very happy with this new amenity.
3. East/West Towers' Internal Painting
A fresh coat of paint was applied on the interiors of both towers (including the staircases). We did the painting job ourselves and bought good washable heavy-duty paints to ensure durability.
4. Installation of Additional Lightning Conductors For Lifts
To prevent the lightning's electrical charge from damaging the lift call buttons thereby disrupting operation of the lift cars, we have installed additional lightning conductors in the lift chutes to drain the electrical charge away from lift car's electrical circuit.
CHALLENGES IN 2013
There shall be more projects coming to the surrounding areas of Country Towers. Unconfirmed sources said that theremay be a shopping mall built opposite TESCO.
The committee will continue to make repairs/upgrades to the relevant areas in the condominium so that we can stay "modern" in the face of new building projects around us.
