With more repairs and maintenance challenges emerging, improvements and repairs to both the buildings are always on-going ensuring that residents have a safe and conducive surrounding.
CTMC would like to thank all owners for your co-operation and prompt payment of service charges allowing the committee to have ample fund in the maintenance and smooth daily operations of all facilities in the estate.
Floor to Floor CCTV Surveillance & Security
This major project is completed and is in operation. Every floor in both Towers including the stairways to the roof-top is now monitored by CCTV. Furthermore, the management has engaged 2 security agencies (day & night shifts) to supply us with sufficient guards to keep the estate safe.
Change of Access Cards to ACCESS TAGS
Since plastic Access "Tags" are found to be more durable than the present Access Cards, the management is gradually replacing the Cards with Access Tags.
ACCESS TAGS for Pedestrians Security Gates
Electronic Locks were installed at both pedestrians' gates at the guard house. These locking devices are on trial now. Once the trial period is over, the electronic locks will be activated and all pedestrians entering the estate must use Access Tags to unlock the gates to gain access.
This is another security enhancement in our estate for our residents' safety.
Renovation of Ground Floor Lift Lobby
The walls around the lift lobby on the ground floor will be re-tiled to give our buildings a fresh frontage. Tiles will be washable when soiled so the walls around our lobby will always be clean and pleasant looking.
Installation of Mirror In Gymnasium and Master Switch
As in most gymnasiums, we will be installing a wall mirror in our gymnasium.
To save electricity and ensure all equipment in the gymnasium are switched off every night, a master switch will be installed outside the gymnasium
Fire Drill
The committee has directed the management to inquire with the Johor Fire Brigade on the cost of conducting a fire drill at the condominium. When confirmed, residents will be informed of the date and time of the fire drill.
Feedback Get-Together Gathering
When the lift lobby frontage project is completed, CTMC intend to hold a get-together function to "get-to-know" owners and residents.
At the gathering, CTMC members would like to gather direct feedback from the residents on ways to make further improvements to the estate. Date and time of the function will be announced later.
