Dear Owners,
It has been quite a while since I wrote on the happenings and projects which are on-going in and around our condominium.
During the past months, the management, as usual, focused on the improvement of amenities and repairs as well as taking steps to prevent dengue.
The good news is prices and rental rate of our units went up due to the Iskandar project. The estate is continuously attracting admiration and enquiries which are well handled by Mr Wong who is making sure that we get “quality” residents/owners.
1.Security
After long and careful study, the management is shelving the various security projects which mentioned before. The management is proposing a consolidated of entry system by setting up a one-point security entry gate to the lift lobbies at the 2 blocks.
In depth study is made by the management for the committee’s discussion in the next committee meeting.
2.Swimming Pool
The renovation of the swimming pool is completed. The added new features and furniture won praises from the residents.
3.Garden & Exercise Pit- Additional Equipment
The installation of additional equipment was firstly, hampered by bad weather and the KL contractor who decided not to undertake the project because they had to come down from Kuala Lumpur.
We have since got a Johor supplier who had agreed to install the new equipment.
4.New Projects
Singaporean owners who regularly come to the condominium will notice that there are many new establishments and eateries around Seri Alam Properties’ headquarter building.
From secondary sources, I envisage that the area around our condominium will be bustling because there are many new projects including a shopping mall (with cinema) and service apartments for families who are accompanying their loved ones warded in the Regency Hospital.
