Dear Owners,
Although there are many new condominium projects in Johor, still there are numerous enquiries on whether there are units for sale in Country Towers. It gives us great pride that there are people who are interested in our 15 year old condominium.
To maintain the good reputation of Country Towers in Johor, it is my request to potential sellers to select their buyers carefully. We welcome owners/residents who accept our House Rules, understand harmonius community living in a condominium, and conduct themselves with decorum.
To reinterate my point, our manager, Mr Wong, has recently re-distributed the news of "gangster problem" in a condominium in Kuala Lumpur to our owners and residents in a separate circular.
The committee is continuously looking into more improvements to the condominium. Together with some of the ideas which are contributed by the management and staff, we have the following projects are in the pipeline for the rest of the year. This shall keep the condominium updated in the face of new projects around us.
1.Security - Finger Print Identification
Security is always top priority in Country Towers.
With the widespread offer of services for duplication of condominium entry cards and tags, the management is now studying the implementation of finger print "entry" and "lift calling" for residents of Country Towers.
More details will be given to you once the study is completed.
2.Visitor Management
The study on Visitor Management System has completed and the project will be implemented after the management signs the contract with the supplier.
3.New Swimming Pool Feature & Pool Chairs
An added feature, a stone-chipped seating cum counter was contructed at the corner of the pool.
More durable wooden chairs will gradually replace the current plastic chairs alongside the swimming pool.
4.Garden - Additional PlayGround Equipment For Older Children
The children's playground next to the swimming pool caters for small children.
In response to residents' request, the committee has agreed to the management's recommendation to add recreational equipment in the garden for older children.
Again, to save cost, this project will be undertaken by our own staff.
5.Exercise Pit- Additional Equipment
Owing to inclement weather, the project at the exercise pit has been delayed again and again. As planned, we completed our project to add 3 new exercise equipment in the exercise pit.
For a change, why not exercise in open air in the morning or evening!! It is very windy at the Country Towers and the air is fresh.
5.Invalidation of 2nd Lift Calling Button
The management shall be invalidating the 2nd lift button of all the lifts in both towers so that not all the lifts will be immobilised in case of lightning strike. Residents will be slightly inconvenience by this measure and we seek your understanding.
